If every other official way is not working to update the Pr3Dator board and the HMI program you can use this program to recover the FW Unzip to a folder and run as admininstrator.
You can find the installation manual for the Craftbot Plus and Craftbot Plus XL printers attached. For the upgrade you have to print a back cover part, please find attached the g-code and the .stl of it.
