When the IOT page aka FlowAdmin is not loading but only an endless loading page shows you can fix it by apply this FW update from a pendrive.
- Download the update
- Copy the craft_update.zip to a pendrive
- Plug in the pendrive to the USB port
- Go Settings –> Update menu
- Select update from pendrive
- Wait util it’s done and reboot
