What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments completed by: Wire / Bank Transactions Paypal Transactions We accept the the following currencies: EUR, USD, HUF (Hungarian forints).
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to those destinations which our shipping providers, FedEx, DHL and UPS. Thankfully these partners are whipping worldwide, however we cannot guarantee shipments to destinations where the courier service refuses to transfer.
Are the duty/border/customs/import costs included in the total price?
No, the only cost on top of the product cost and shipping that we include is VAT if it is applicable, such as in a situation where a product is sold within the EU to a private customer and not to a business with an official VAT number making them exempt of the fee. Every […]
What are your shipping methods?
We ship via FedEx and DHL to most countries. However, there can be exceptions such as when the country or region of delivery is not supported by FedEx or DHL. In that case, we can rely on companies specialized to a country or region.
