UI: Remove space over Workbench tabs (Fitt's Law)

Part of Fitt's Law is that Buttons that touch the edges of the screen are easily to reach because one doesn't need to stop the mouse at the right distance - the screen edge will do that. Unfortunately, the tabs to switch between CAD/Manufacturing/GCode, while already being on top of the window, do not touch the screen edge when the window is maximized, there is a space of appr. 3px where you can click without effect. So navigation between the workbenches is not as fast as it could be.

All other buttons already do touch the edge, like the File/Undo/Settings buttons on the left, the Sign In on the right and, of course, the Windows standard Min/Max/Close-Buttons. Other programs like Chrome do this also with their tab interface.

Also, the CAD and GCODE buttons could be wider if the window is wide enough.
