Touchscreen non-responsive on FLOW IDEX

Was working fine and then I booted it up this morning and the touchscreen becomes non-responsive after about 15-20 seconds.  Nothing was updated prior to issue.  Anyone else experience this?

Hi Michael, I've had it a few times.

One thing I found was the supplied USB disk had developed a few issues.

I ran a full format on it and so far I've had no more lockups (it may be coincidental though)
