Save print settings with project file
Quote from dartrax on 2021-07-16, 17:11Is it possible to save the current slicing configuration together with the .stl file(s) like a "Snapshot" so I can load it any time and get the same results?
I've tried to save as "Craftware Pro Project File (.cwp)", but this doesn't seem to contain slice settings. I'd have liked to look into the file to see what get's saved, but unfortunately, there is a Password protection. Would you mind to share the password?

That file is password-protected for a reason. 😉
For now it only contains the project information: The objects in it, their positions, arrangement, etc.
Slicer profiles are complex structures in CraftWare Pro, describing how the whole slicing process should be done. They are very close to the engine.
Saving and loading these structures between different versions of CraftWare Pro without problem is a difficult task, because the slicer engine itself is still being polished.
This is why saving and loading these are not yet available. We are working on this task, and when it is done, the currently used slicer profile will automatically be saved into the project file as well, as you would expect it to be. When loading a project, the slicer profile will be imported as well.
Also, the slicer setting import/export will also be available from the settings window.
Regards,
Norbert
