We're getting a rough top layer on our most recent print. We have to churn out 150 of these for a fundraiser in October (hence why they're snowflakes). We're using the Craftware software with ooze on, and ironing on. It's just a rough mess that I wouldn't want to give to our client. We've had success with other models, just not sure what's going on here. Plenty happy to have something obvious pointed out to us. 👍
