As the Craftware development team we are pretty far from hardware and especially ordering and manufacturing parts, so I cannot help too much with it for you.
The best I could say is contact the support with this. Judging by the price and date of your printer you should have warranty for it so the parts you need should be automatically replaced if they are faulty. Or if they weren't faulty but got damaged, the support team should help you get replacements.
Also, you can write about this separate parts thing to the support, so the appropriate person will get your message from there.
