Machine not recognizing G-code files after firmware update – need help

Hi everyone,
I am using a craftbot plus printer and have just updated the firmware to the latest version as instructed. However, after the update, the machine no longer recognizes G-code files that were previously printing normally. I have tried both USB and sending via craftprint software but the file is not displayed for printing.

I have checked the formats again, tried exporting the file from cura and craftware but no progress. Does anyone else have a similar problem and is there a solution?
Looking forward to receiving support, thank you very much!

Try checking that the firmware update fully installed and that your USB drive is formatted as FAT32. Also, confirm your G-code files have the correct extension and export settings. If it still doesn’t work, rolling back the firmware or contacting CraftBot support might help.

It sounds really frustrating to deal with G-code recognition issues after a firmware update! Have you tried checking if your G-code files are compatible with the new firmware version? Sometimes, small tweaks can make a difference. If you're a fan of games like Cookie Clicker , you know that every detail matters for smooth gameplay. Hopefully, you find a solution soon so you can get back to your projects without any hiccups!

Have you tried simplifying a G-code file drastically? Like, a simple cube print with minimal settings? That might help isolate if it's a specific command causing the issue. Also, completely unrelated, have you ever seen any of those simulations like crazy cattle 3d? It just popped into my head, reminds me of how software can behave unexpectedly sometimes! Anyway, back to the printer: Definitely report this to CraftUnique support, they're usually pretty responsive and might have a known fix. Good luck!
