Layer Height
Quote from Rick Vanemon on 2022-01-13, 06:27Just a very simple question........Where do I set Layer height in Default? I have a model that is designed to be 14mm high and Craftware Pro printed it at 15+mm. I truly want to like this slicer, but without a tutorial it is just too overwhelming. And I just don't have the time, I have spent a couple hours looking everywhere for a possible setting for layer height.

Sadly it's a known Firmware Bug that causes Z shifting when ZHops are used in a Gcode..
The Gcode is correct and the right commands are emitted, but the in case of the Zhops, sometimes a little Zshift occurs (few microns every time), so the modell will be taller without a visible layer jump.
The solution is on the way, the firmware update expected in 2 weeks.
Until that, you can disable the zhops in the craftware Pro by setting all of them to 0. This way you can avoid this problem.
Best Regards,
András
