Instructions - help adjusting support material

Hi, has anyone found any instructions for CrafwarePro? I haven't been able to track any down yet. The help button takes you to the software page, but no apparent link for downloading help that I can find.

The challenge I'm having is that I want to print a horror mask, of the type that is normally vacuum-formed from a sheet of plastic. To fit on my printer at a size that will fit my son's face I need to print it at an angle, and for that I need support material. But I only want support material round the outside edge, and only occasional supports. I saw a menu that appeared to give lots of support options but clicking on different things didn't do anything. Can anyone direct me either to an instruction manual for this software, or guide me towards being able to do what I want?

Thanks,

Mike Hersee

Welcome Hersee,

i have not been trying it by myself, but maybe this Instruction Video can help you.

There is a section for individual Support at 2:20+

Thanks for your help, it's just that I was very disappointed in the video. It wizzes along way to fast and seems to miss out relevant / helpful information. Given that there's no manual that I can follow at a reasonable speed, it's making think of giving up with this software. I'm not inexperienced at using a variety of CAD packages over a long period of time, but this is confusing.
