GPU and slow
Quote from Dominik Stephan on 2021-07-28, 20:02Why is my Craftware Pro alwasy using 100% GPU power and still respond so slow?
It also crashes several times just somewhere in the process or the slicing never finishes.
Please update your slicer.

CraftWare Pro is still in public beta phase, bugs can be expected in it, and we are actively working on fixing them.
The high GPU usage on some graphics cards is something we were aware of, and are making sure it will won't be so resource-hungry as it is at the moment.
Also, there will be a "low quality" version for the GCode viewer as well in the next release. If you are experiencing problems with slicing something, please provide the project file so we can find out the exact problem, and provide a fix as soon as possible.
If you don't want to post the project file publicly here, you can write a support ticket to us:

I have tried CraftWare Pro with three computers sitting idle on the "Manufacturing" tab, and the issue appears to be compatibility with Intel and or integrated GPUs.
1. HP ProDesk 600 G6 with Intel UHD Graphics 630, 90%+ GPU usage with CraftWare being slow to respond
2. Fujitsu Lifebook E744 with Intel HD 4600, 60%+ GPU usage and CraftWare does not update any visuals unless the focus is changed to another program, then back to CraftWare.
3. Fujitsu Celcius W420 with AMD Radeon RX 550, 30% GPU usage and is responsive. This usage and responsive problem does not occur with: Luban, IdeaMaker, CreatWare, XYZPrint, Makerbot Print, Blender, MeshMixer, etc.
So presumably it is not a hardware or driver problem, but it due to how CraftWare handles rendering.Turning off "Use HQ g-code shaders" has no effect on the issue.
For anyone else with this issue, IdeaMaker has a template for the CraftBot Flow Idex and works fine.
