Craftbot Plus with V1.6 board. Extruder driver E1 is erratic (not working properly).
How can I turn on extruder driver E2, so I can plug into that instead?
Is there a G-code I can use at the start of my prints?
Is there a G-code I could use in Pronterface to save to the board long-term, so the touch-screen control panel will also work the extruder through E2?
