Diagonal lines artifacts
Quote from Ciprian Maior on 2024-03-24, 05:45I have this CB+ I bought second-hand recently and the outside walls have this diagonal pattern not related to Z banding but very consistent from print to print. Also the walls under harsh light have this scaly aspect.

Cross-hatching unrelated to the Z axis is usually a sign of ghosting or ringing on the X/Y axis, not Z banding.

Quote from Clarence Goss on 2025-07-28, 04:39Interesting! That consistent diagonal pattern could be a belt tension issue or even related to your slicer settings. Have you tried recalibrating your e-steps and flow rate? Also, for some fun, a little Wordle Unlimited break might help clear your head! Finally, the "scaly" look could be insufficient cooling or over-extrusion. Hope this helps!
