Craftware pro never finishes slicing

Hi, until I read the last half of your message I was going to say 'try a single model'
I'm currently having the same issue - it always seems to stop at about 22% for me in the stage 'Generating Outlines', unless I'm doing smaller models.
I' just sliced model with no support (so no using the second head) which worked - the problem being that the model is a heart which requires support.
