craftbot3 blocks every day

I have a craftbot+ , and had the same problems.
I use hairspray on the glasplate and made the failure to make the first layer to thin.
The extruder cant put the PLA on the glas and the exttuder scratcht to the hairspray and this comes in the extruder and Block the opening in the fitst 3 layers.
In the software you can adjust the first layer.
PLA gives me never trouble, PET sometimes.
