Craftbot flow idex xL Won't Print Right
Quote from James West on 2021-11-09, 17:39We had to replace the power supply on our Craftbot Flow idex xl because when it first arrived it was not turning on. Once we replaced the power supply it would turn on and started the process of setting it up. The problem is that once we start a print the z-axis does not move down. It also just prints a very thin layer on the print bed. It will run for 30 minutes and the z-axis will still not move. You would expect there to be a big glop of filament but there isn't. Just a very thin feather like piece of plastic. We have calibrated the printer and leveled the bed and it still has the same problem all the time. Do any of you know how to fix this?
